About the Partnership
How does partnering with CompareLPG work?
CompareLPG promotes your LPG services online and sends you qualified customer leads. When a customer in your delivery area completes our form and accepts your pricing, we pass their details directly to you to set up delivery and payment.
What types of customers do you refer?
We refer residential and small business customers looking for 45 kg LPG bottles for hot water, cooking, or heating. Some are switching suppliers, while others are moving into new homes.
Do you cover all states and territories?
We’re currently active across all of Australia.
Pricing and Fees
What does it cost to join?
There’s no joining fee. You simply pay a small one-off referral fee for each confirmed customer we send you. Reconciliation is done at the end of the month.
When do I pay the referral fee?
You only pay after a customer has been confirmed as active — typically once their first delivery has been completed and verified.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We handle all the marketing, advertising, and lead generation. You only pay for real customers.
Lead Quality and Customer Details
What information do I receive with each referral?
You’ll receive the customer’s name, address, contact details, and confirmation that they’ve accepted your pricing. If you need more, please let us know.
How do you prevent duplicate or invalid leads?
Each enquiry is screened and verified before being sent. We track the region/postcode and form completion data to reduce hoax or duplicate submissions. But don’t worry, you only pay for real customers, no dodgy people 🙂
Operations and Service Areas
How do you match customers to our delivery zones?
We map customer addresses against your service area postcodes to ensure only relevant leads are sent to you.
Can we update or expand our service area later?
Yes, you can adjust your coverage anytime. Just send us an updated postcode, offer or delivery list.
What if we can’t service a customer’s address?
If a referral falls outside your coverage, simply let us know. We’ll redirect that enquiry to another participating LPG supplier.
Marketing and Visibility
How is my business promoted on CompareLPG?
Your company may be featured on our location pages (e.g. “Gold Coast LPG Suppliers”) with your logo, description, to drive brand visibility. Please note, we wont show your pricing.
Can we display our own promotions or discounts?
Yes. You can provide us with any special pricing, deal, or introductory offers to include in your email quotes.
Will customers see competitor pricing?
We typically present one or two of the best available offers in a customer’s area. If you’re the best-priced or preferred partner, you’ll be featured first.
Administration and Reporting
How do we track referrals and invoices?
You’ll receive a monthly referral summary showing all customers sent that month, including date and location. We ask you to confirm all active customers and this is what we invoice for.
How quickly can we update our pricing?
If your pricing changes or offer changes, we can update it in our system within 24 hours.

Compliance and Privacy
Are customer details handled securely?
Yes. All customer data is managed in accordance with Australian Privacy Act requirements. We only share information necessary to process the connection.
Are there restrictions on how we contact referred customers?
You can contact referred customers directly to arrange setup and delivery. This must be completed within 24 hours to set expectations with the customer. Provided you comply with privacy and anti-spam regulations.
Do we need to sign an agreement before starting?
Yes. We’ll provide a simple referral agreement outlining fees, process, and notice periods to keep everything transparent.
